Setsuna Designs was founded in June 2017 by Chelsea and Mario, a couple with a passion for itasha culture and design. Chelsea graduated from UIW in Spring 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics Arts with a focus on Graphic Design. She combines her love of anime and the itasha culture with her professional design background to provide one-of-a-kind designs for each of her clients. When not working at her day job as a designer, she moonlights as the designer for Setsuna Designs with the help of Mario, her partner in crime and in life.

Chelsea and Mario also run the Itasha Paradise (ItaPara) car club and host Itasha Wonderland in San Antonio, TX.
